In this new instance of OE, click: File | Identities | Manage Identities.
Is another on listed there? If yes, post back now.
If not, continue on.
Do this first:
In WinXP, Win2K & Win2K3, the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden.
To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show Hidden Files and Folders under Start | Control Panel | Folder Options Icon | View, or in Windows Explorer
| Tools | Folder Options | View.
Now that these files are viewable, do a search for *.dbx
If you find a folder named Outlook Express, open it and see if it contains your missing folders/messages.
Post back with your results before continuing.
