[Solved] A little black box pops up in the top left of my Windows 7 Login screen right before the Welcome screen, and password stalls when I try to enter it. HELP PLEASE?

A little black box pops up in the top left of my Windows 7 Login screen right before the Welcome screen, and password stalls when I try to enter it. HELP PLEASE?

Every time I turn my computer on for the past week, I try and put my password in and after the first or second key it stalls.
It still enters my password, but I cant see it being inputed in the Password box.
I also get a little black box a little bit smaller
than the size of a post-it note in the top left area of my screen for half a second, then it disappears and continues to my Welcome screen and desktop like normal.
I've had this problem for about a week, and I can't seem to figure out what the problem is.
I googled some things but no one had the right answer.
Someone said it was a startup program with a faulty software, but I checked and I have the same 4 startup programs
that I've had there for a year.
(DELL Wiireless WLAN Card, IDT PC Audio, Synaptics Pointing Device Driver, and NVIDIA Compatible Windows 7 Display Driver) Everything is up to date and I already did Windows Update.
**A video I captured of my computer of this problem:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GViQv-Xrm0U (password stalls around 0:42, and black box pops up at 0:52)
Help anyone? I'm paranoid that it might be a Spyware..? None of my account passwords and such are altered though, everything has been fine.
I am getting bluescreens though(but not daily).
I have scanned with Malewarebytes and found nothing
and I'm doing this again at the moment.
I've also tried Registry Mechanic and Windows Security Essentials but found nothing.
I have no idea which forum to put this under, this is my first time using this site..
Model: DELL Studio XPS 1330
Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit)
(I've had this computer for about a year)

windows 7 endorses the suggestion above [by Archer] that you should investigate the entries in services.

How to Avoid Downloading Malware

Where are you getting the download?

There are malicious people who download valid copies of a popular download, modify the file with malicious software, and then upload the file with the same name. Make sure you are downloading from the developer's web page or a reputable company.

Don't install download manager

Many sites suggest or require you to install an installer or a download manager before allowing you to download a program you may be interested in downloading. These tools almost always cause your computer more problems and may even have malware or other spyware. Avoid any site claiming anything must be installed first before you can continue with your download.

Avoid advertisements on download pages

To help make money and pay for the bandwidth costs of supplying free the software, the final download page may have ads. Watch out for anything that looks like advertisements on the download page. Many advertisers try to trick viewers into clicking an ad with phrases like "Download Now", "Start Download", or "Continue" and that ad may open a separate download.

Cancel or deny any automatic download

Some sites may automatically try start a download or give the appearance that something needs to be installed or updated before the site or video can be seen. Never accept or install anything from any site unless you know what is downloading.
