Solution to Error: Action Center telling me to download 32-bit drivers when I am running 64-bit Windows 7.

Action Center telling me to download 32-bit drivers when I am running 64-bit Windows 7.

I got a notice that my Saphire Radeon 5770 HD graphics card needed new drivers (ATI Cataclyst 10.9).  I clicked on the link provided in the Action Center and it brang me to a page with a set of drivers for Windows Vista /Windows 7 32-bit.
I'm running Windows 7 64-bit so I don't understand why Action Center would ask me to install 32-bit drivers.  Should I ignore the Action Center and download the 64-bit drivers?
Here is the link it gave me.
